Worry not, because Sneha Nair is here to make an amazingly delicious Egg Kebab which serves best as a tea time snack.So watch and learn how to make yummy Egg Kebabs. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />- ginger <br />- 3 pods of garlic <br />- freshly desiccated coconut <br />- 3 chilies <br />- turmeric <br />- chilli powder <br />- garam masala <br />- salt <br />- coriander leaves <br />- water <br />- half lemon juice <br />- oil <br />- 3 eggs <br />- 2 egg whites <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- Grind together – ginger, garlic, desiccated coconut, chillies, turmeric, chilli powder, garam masala, salt and chopped coriander leaves add a little bit of water. <br /> <br />- Pour the paste in a bowl and add half lemon juice. <br /> <br />- Put oil in pan, cut the boiled eggs into half and mix it into the paste in the bowl. Leave it aside for 5 minutes <br /> <br />- Break two eggs and just take the egg whites. Take marinated egg and dip it into egg white and pour it in the pan and fry. <br /> <br />- Allow it to fry until its golden brown.
